WoMen’s Wellness Coaching
Women are full of magic. We are gatekeepers and the life bearers. We are the healers and holders. We are the portals of creative power and infinite wisdom. Women’s health, in all it’s glory and complexity, needs to be tended to in a special way. Yoga, with it’s sister science ayurveda, is a soft and gentle way of to embrace our hormonal dance and other unique aspects of being a woman.
No matter what age or stage of life you are currently traversing, one to one coaching can support you back to balance and wellbeing. There is no expression like you on this earth! Therefore, there is no one size fits all path to healing. I have undoubtedly received the most benefit and growth in my life by working one on one with teachers, coaches and healers. Coaching gives us time to look at your questions, challenges and life goals and design a practice and daily ritual to meet your specific needs.
Our work together will be a combination of my study and experience within the worlds of yoga, ayurveda and womb awakening to assist you to become your brightest most radiant self! Within these sacred containers we can create potent possibilities and very real internal and external shifts. My passion is take the time of life that society deems “the hardest” for a woman, perimenopause and menopause, and turn it into what it truly is; a time of awakening, empowerment and expansion. It is, after all, our second spring! It is my ultimate joy to help facilitate that opportunity for the women I work with.
